State Farm Agency in Ephrata, PA is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on developing leads, meeting client needs, and selling appropriate insurance products with a base salary plus commission.

Growth opportunities and benefits like PTO and retirement plan are offered. The ideal candidate will have insurance sales experience and licenses (P&C, Life, Health) with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and relate well

Qualifications

Insurance sales experience is preferred.
P&C license is preferred.
Life license and Health license are preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivation and ability to multitask.
Ability to relate to customers effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
