Job summary

State Farm Insurance Companies in Ephrata, PA is seeking a full-time Sales and Service Representative to join our agency. Training is provided, and no prior insurance experience is required.

You will develop quotes, present and close sales, build client relationships, network, and deliver prompt, friendly support. Compensation includes a base salary of $38,000–$48,000, plus commission, paid time off, and a SIMPLE IRA.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to generate insurance quotes and close sales.
• Enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products.
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license.
