Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth for the organization through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and influence purchase decisions for Allstate’s products and brands. Performance is evaluated based on sales, time management, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Work from home connecting with prospective customers via calls, chat, SMS, etc.
2. Utilize insurance expertise to identify needs, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers.
3. Obtain or hold an active Property & Casualty license, with licensing support provided.
4. Achieve sales targets and adhere to company policies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $17.50/hour
• Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (including incentives)
• Paid training, licensing assistance, internet reimbursement
• Full benefits from day one: health, pension, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, wellbeing programs
• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon licensing completion

Job Requirements
