Job Description

The Inside Sales Agent Specialist develops expertise in Property and Casualty insurance, selling products based on client needs. Using advanced technology, they provide quotes, sell policies across multiple lines, and deliver outstanding client service to foster positive relationships. The role includes cross-training and licensing to support sales of Accident and Health products.

This position involves working from home to drive sales by engaging prospective customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, SMS, etc. The agent uncovers needs, identifies coverage gaps, recommends solutions from a broad product portfolio, and converts prospects into customers using a proven sales strategy. Licensing support and reimbursement are provided for Property & Casualty lines.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $17.50/hour
  • Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (Base + Uncapped Incentives). Incentives depend on productivity and are not guaranteed.

Job Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines or P&C License preferred; support available if not licensed
  • 1+ year sales/customer service experience preferred
  • Open to weekend/night hours
  • High stress tolerance, critical thinking, coachability, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple programs, reliable internet, dedicated home workspace
  • HS Diploma or GED required
