Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative drives sales growth via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more. Responsibilities include uncovering customer needs, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions across Allstate’s product portfolio, and influencing purchase decisions. The role emphasizes sales performance, time management, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with prospective customers through various communication channels to drive sales.
2. Utilize your insurance expertise to assess needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend suitable products.
3. Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty Lines license, with Allstate’s support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $17.50/hour
• Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (including uncapped incentives)
• Paid training, licensing assistance, internet reimbursement, and full benefits from day one.
• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for licensing completion prior to hire or upon licensing with Allstate.

Job Requirements

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred; support available if not licensed.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability for weekend and night hours.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and independent work skills.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace provided by Allstate.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
