Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Licensed Project Manager for HVAC & Sheetmetal in the Greater Boston Area (Malden/Haverhill, MA). You will oversee a robust project portfolio valued up to $8 million annually, guiding installations from inception to inspection and ensuring client satisfaction.

Join a tight-knit team of three and lead with a focus on budgeting, cost control, and profitability. A strong license and extensive HVAC/sheet metal installation experience are essential, with long-term career

Qualifications

Active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
Proven background in managing complex, high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
Ability to lead within a small team and maintain high morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Management: Oversee and coordinate large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
Team Leadership: Work collaboratively within a specialized team of up to three Project Managers to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Profitability & Efficiency: Manage project budgets, labor, and materials efficiently to maximize net profit margins and trigger commission bonuses.
Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet our rigorous standards and comply with all state and local codes.
