Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a licensed Project Manager to lead large HVAC and sheet metal installations in the Greater Boston area, including Malden/Haverhill. The role oversees a high‑value project portfolio with a potential annual revenue up to $8 million and offers an 8% commission structure on eligible projects.

The position requires a current HVAC or sheet metal license, strong budgeting and cost-management skills, and proven leadership within a small PM team.

Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license required.
• Experience managing high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installs.
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgets, and profitability.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small project-management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from start to final inspection.
• Lead a small team of project managers to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger commissions.
• Ensure all installations meet state/local codes and our 35‑year quality standard.
