Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team as Property Data Collectors. Use our cutting-edge equipment and mobile apps to capture essential property data and build immersive 360° tours for residential properties.

This part-time contract role offers 1099 status, flexible hours, travel to client homes, and pay of $60–$75 per hour plus mileage. Candidates should have home inspection experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred
• Independent Contractor status
• Ability to travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create 360° property tours.
• Operate Asteroom equipment and mobile apps.
• Deliver accurate reports and images.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to on-site dress codes.
