Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team as Property Data Collectors. Use our 3D tours and data-collection tools to capture critical property information and build immersive 360° tours for clients.

This role offers flexible hours as a part‑time, contract position with compensation per assignment and mileage/complexity pay. Travel to client homes is required in a dynamic real estate tech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in real estate, data collection, or photography OR 12+ months of exceptional customer service
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred
• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation)
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and results
• Ability and willingness to pass an independently paid background check
• Mobile device capable of running our applications
• Solid understanding of property data collection and virtual tours

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create immersive 360° property tours using Asteroom equipment and apps
• Leverage your home inspection skills in a technology-forward real estate setting
• Travel to client homes to perform inspections and data collection
• Maintain exceptional customer service and deliver accurate results
