Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team as Property Data Collectors. You will use Asteroom’s equipment and mobile apps to capture critical property data and create immersive 360° property tours, supporting our rapid expansion in real estate data services.

Ideal candidates are experienced in home inspection, comfortable traveling to client homes, and able to operate as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography.
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred.
• Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor.
• Ability to travel and work in client homes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create immersive 360° property tours using Asteroom equipment and mobile apps.
• Assist in data collection and ensure high quality results for clients.
