Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team. If you’re a seasoned professional with experience inspecting residential properties, we want to hear from you.

As we expand in 3D virtual tours and property data collection, your expertise and attention to detail will help us deliver top-quality results to clients. As a Property Data Collector, you’ll capture critical data and create immersive 360-degree tours using our equipment and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography or 12+ months of exceptional customer service
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred
• Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor
• Driver’s License required
• Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create immersive 360 degree property tours using Asteroom equipment and apps
• Leverage home inspection skills within a technology-driven real estate context
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks across jobs while delivering high-quality results
