Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team as a Property Data Collector. Use Asteroom’s cutting-edge equipment and mobile apps to capture critical property data and create immersive 360 degree property tours.

This role leverages your home inspection skills within an exciting tech-enabled real estate workflow. As an independent contractor, you’ll receive $60.00–$75.00 per hour, travel compensation, and opportunities for more work while contributing to high-quality

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography or 12+ months of demonstrated exceptional customer service
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred
• Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation)
• Pass a background check (independently paid)
• Mobile device capable of running applications
• Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while on site
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
