Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team. As a Property Data Collector, you will capture critical property data and create immersive 360° tours using Asteroom’s equipment and mobile apps. This role lets you leverage home inspection skills within a dynamic, tech-forward real estate environment.

We value experience in real estate data collection and exceptional customer service. You will travel to client homes as an independent contractor, with compensation for mileage

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate data collection or photography is preferred.
• Licensed Home Inspectors are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor and travel to client homes.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Pass background check and maintain professional appearance.
