Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our team as Property Data Collectors. Use our cutting-edge equipment and mobile apps to capture essential property data and create immersive 360° tours for clients.

Part-time, contract role with 1099 status. Travel to client homes; compensation includes hourly pay and mileage. Flexible on-site field work with opportunities for more assignments within Asteroom's panels.

Qualifications

• Licensed Home Inspectors preferred.
• Experience in real estate data collection or photography.
• Willingness to operate as an Independent Contractor.
• Ability to travel and perform work at client homes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mobile device capable of running our applications.
• Solid understanding of property data collection and virtual tours.

Responsibilities

• Use Asteroom's equipment and apps to capture key property data.
• Create immersive 360° property tours for clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to on-site dress codes.
• Meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
