Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team. As a Property Data Collector, you will use Asteroom's cutting‑edge equipment and mobile apps to capture crucial property data and create immersive 360° property tours for clients.

This part-time, contract role offers flexible hours, travel to client homes, and compensation of $60.00–$75.00 per hour plus mileage. Independent contractor (1099) status applies, with opportunities for more assignments as the panels grow.

Qualifications

• Six+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography, or 12+ months of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create immersive 360° property tours using Asteroom’s equipment and apps.
• Travel to client homes and work on-site as needed to gather accurate data.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
