Standard schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a compensation structure offering $80–90k+ and opportunities for career growth, coaching, and professional development as you build long-term

Qualifications

• Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
• Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
• Professional, growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing evaluation consultations
• Educate patients about hearing loss and solutions
• Recommend hearing aids and accessories
