Job summary

Affinity Eye Care in Springfield, MA is seeking a Licensed Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager, enhance patient flow, and drive service excellence on the practice floor.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will coordinate operations across front desk, optical sales, and clinical support, participate in interviews and onboarding, and help develop the team while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• State licensure required.
• Extensive dispensing experience required.
• Experience in optical or practice operations preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn across multiple practice positions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, patient flow, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor across multiple functions to support patient care and execution.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training reinforcement.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding as requested.
• Serve as point of contact in the Practice Manager's absence.
