Job summary

Progressive Companies seeks an Electrical Engineer II to own electrical design across multiple projects, producing stamped designs as a licensed engineer. You will drive quality, lead construction administration, and develop work plans to keep permitting and delivery on track, coordinating with in-house and external teams.

The role targets growth toward Electrical Engineer III with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Engineer with PE licensure and relevant electrical design experience.
Lead power system analyses, code compliance reviews, and stamped design production.
Strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD for construction documents and specs.

Responsibilities

Serve as licensed engineer of record and produce stamped designs and specs.
Deliver complete electrical construction documents for multiple concurrent projects.
Lead load flow, harmonic studies, and protective-device coordination.
Develop work plans and schedules aligned with permitting and delivery timelines.
Manage RFIs, shop drawing submittals, clarifications, and field investigations.
Coordinate design across in-house disciplines and external consultants.
