Job summary

Progressive Companies seeks an Electrical Engineer II to own building-systems electrical design across concurrent projects. This licensed engineer stamps designs, drives quality, and leads construction administration with minimal supervision, using Revit and AutoCAD.

Develop work plans, coordinate with teams, and guide junior engineers toward Electrical Engineer III. You will move from task execution to owning outcomes on medium-to-high complexity systems, leading load flow and code-compliance

Qualifications

Licensed PE with ability to stamp designs.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Experience coordinating with in-house and external teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a licensed engineer of record and stamp designs.
Deliver complete electrical construction documents for multiple projects.
Lead power system analysis and code compliance reviews.
Develop work plans and schedules to meet permitting and delivery timelines.
Lead construction administration with RFIs, submittals, and field investigations.
Coordinate design across disciplines and engage clients and regulators.
