We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Power System Analysis to support our growing portfolio of commercial projects. The Engineer will be responsible for helping more junior engineers grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed power system analyses including short circuit, load flow, coordination, arc flash, and voltage drop calculations.
• Develop electrical system models using tools such as ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Provide quality control and peer reviews for electrical designs and studies.
• Mentor and train junior electrical engineers, providing guidance on design practices, analysis methods, and project execution.
• Support proposal development, design charrettes, and client-facing meetings as a technical lead.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 7 plus years of electrical design with a focus on power systems for commercial buildings.
• Proficiency with power analysis software such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or EasyPower.
• Proven leader and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
