Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to lead design, integration, and testing of advanced industrial power generation systems. You will own control-system architecture, PLC logic, and safety analyses while coordinating with cross-functional teams across production, procurement, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical engineering experience.
• PE license preferred; licensure encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, IEEE, NEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D on new product functionality and requirements.
• Design circuits end-to-end, including reliability and harness drawings.
• Develop manufacturing and installation standards for electrical products.
• Conduct performance, reliability, and compliance testing for power solutions.
• Lead end-to-end testing of new hardware and system upgrades.
• Own fault current analysis, short-circuit coordination, and protection schemes.
