Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Licensed CSP Clinical Coordinator (CBMHP) to lead the CSP team and provide clinical supervision to case managers. You’ll supervise staff, guide treatment planning, and respond to complex situations to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The role combines clinical leadership, staff development, community-based care, and hands-on problem solving within an ACT framework. Expect about 40 hours per week with occasional after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Current Wisconsin license as Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, participants, families, and community partners.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and ethical care.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team leader.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and required auto insurance.
• Ability to meet caregiver background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to CSP casemanagers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, professional development, and staffperformance.
• Provideclinical and case management services as part of the ACT team.
• Support referrals, assessments, treatment planning, participant admissions, and discharges.
• Provideclinical guidance and hands-on support during participant crises.
• Monitordocumentation, assessments, treatment plans, and other requirements tosupport quality care, compliance, and appropriate billing.
• Coordinatecomplex situations involving participants, families, healthcare providers,landlords, employers, and other community partners.
• Collaboratewith Milwaukee County Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS)and other community agencies.
• CoordinateChapter 51 commitment extensions and court-related responsibilities asneeded.
• PromoteEvidence-Based Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, and ACT fidelity acrossthe program.
• Helpcreate a supportive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
