Job summary

The Mental Health Professional is responsible for day-to-day operations of a team of CCS Care Coordinators and clinical oversight of the CCS program and staff.

This role requires supervising care coordinators, conducting assessments, ensuring data entry accuracy, and supporting DHS 36 compliance. It also includes crisis support, staff development, and active program improvement across Milwaukee County.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field is required.
• Licensure as an LPC or LCSW is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet all background check and rider requirements for the agency and DHS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of CCS Care Coordinators.
• Provide clinical oversight of the CCS program and staff.
• Screen referrals and complete intakes with assessments.
• Supervise and support care coordinators; ensure data accuracy in Avatar.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training staff.
• Ensure timely chart audits and documentation per policy.
