Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a full-time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in Southeast and Central Ohio. The role includes direct clinical services, coordination of care, and meeting productivity requirements.

Includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Licensure must align with the Ohio Board; salary ranges from $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Assesses strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Directly provide and coordinate clinical and social services.
• Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities.
• Maintains documentation and participates in program evaluation.
• Meets billing productivity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
