Eden Capital Careers seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for outpatient and school-based services in Shelby, Montana. The role blends school-based health center duties with a community outpatient clinic, offering flexibility, autonomy in practice, and meaningful work with children and adults.

Full-time schedule typical Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days. Compensation ranges $33–$38 per hour with relocation incentive and sign-on bonus, supporting clinicians in a rural

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses accepted).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing and comfortable working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center ~3 days/week and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care per standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethics and comply with state/organization requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths.
