Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a full-time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in need of Behavioral Health services in Athens County, Ohio.

State licensing must be current (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC). The role includes direct service delivery, coordination of clinical and social services, documentation, and meeting the agency’s productivity and quality standards. Competitive salary and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Counselor or Social Worker in Ohio.
• Experience serving youth and adults in behavioral health is preferred.
• Licensure per Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Provide and coordinate clinical and social services.
• Perform utilization review and quality assurance tasks.
• Maintain documentation and participate in program evaluation and planning meetings.
• Meet billing productivity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
