Job summary

WellPower seeks a Licensed Clinician to deliver direct mental health assessments and treatment within a clinical team. You will support recovery through evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, with case management as needed.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and licensure or eligibility (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/psychologist), plus at least three years of relevant experience. Standard shift is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with HIPAA and EMR proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in LCSW/LPC/LMFT or as Psychologist.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with moderate to severe mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and trauma-informed therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, and other resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per WellPower standards.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
