Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO is hiring a Licensed Clinician for Wellshire (Team 750) to provide direct mental health assessments and evidence-based treatment in a collaborative clinical team.

The role includes case management, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and coordination with psychiatrists and community resources, with opportunities for supervision of interns toward licensure. A Master’s degree and licensure or licensure eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT or licensed Psychologist (or license eligible).
• Minimum three years’ experience with moderate to severe mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and trauma-informed therapy.
• Deliver individual, family and/or group therapy and crisis intervention.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with progress notes.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, nurses and other resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per WellPower standards.
