Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services within a continuum of care, assessing and supporting consumers toward recovery. You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress and document clinical interactions to support ongoing care.

Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field.
Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months.
Minimum of one year experience working with severely and persistently mentally ill population.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
Develop treatment plans; monitor progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support client growth and development.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions.
