Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide diagnostic assessments and evidence-based therapy to individuals with mental illness within a clinical team. The role includes case management, treatment planning, and coordination with other WellPower programs.

The position supports supervision of interns and clinicians pursuing licensure, with opportunities for growth and specialization. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in-office location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed or license eligible (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or Licensed Psychologist).
• At least three years of experience with individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges.
• HIPAA/confidentiality and personal boundaries understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and trauma-informed individual, family and/or group therapy and crisis intervention.
• Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned.
• Develop treatment plans, monitor progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
• Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate clients' use of WellPower programs and outside community resources.
• Facilitate coordination of medications with psychiatrists, nurses, and other resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records per WellPower standards.
• Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions.
• Perform 27-10 (M-1) 'mental health hold' evaluations.
• Opportunities for supervision of interns and clinicians pursuing licensure (optional).
• Perform other duties as assigned

EMDR certification (preferred)
