Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO seeks a Licensed Clinician to perform clinical assessments and provide direct mental health treatment in a team setting. You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with psychiatrists and other resources.

Required are a Master’s degree in psychology or social work and licensure or licensure-eligibility, with DSM-5 skills and HIPAA knowledge. A strong emphasis is placed on trauma-informed care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in relevant disciplines.
• Experience with DSM-5 diagnostics and clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and evidence-based therapy.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress.
• Coordinate with psychiatry and other resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per WellPower standards.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision.
