Job summary

WellPower in Denver seeks a Licensed Clinician to provide diagnostic mental health assessments and evidence-based therapy within a collaborative clinical team. You will help clients move toward recovery through individual, family, or group work and coordinate care with other WellPower programs.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical record maintenance, with opportunities for supervision of interns and clinicians pursuing licensure. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, on-site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT Licensed, Licensed Psychologist or license eligible.
• At least three years' experience with moderate to severe mental health challenges.
• Clinical assessment and DSM-5 knowledge.
• HIPAA and confidentiality understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and trauma-informed, evidence-based individual, family and/or group therapy and crisis intervention.
• Provide case management services as needed or assigned.
• Develop treatment plans, monitor progress and follow-up.
• Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate clients' use of WellPower programs and outside resources.
• Facilitate coordination of medications with psychiatrists and nurses.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per WellPower standards.
• Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervision.
