Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO seeks a Licensed Clinician to provide direct mental health assessments and treatment within a clinical team. The role focuses on recovery for individuals with mental illness, offering trauma-informed therapy and case management in a supportive setting.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or eligible), and at least three years of relevant experience. EMR familiarity and a willingness to supervise interns are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT Licensed, Licensed Psychologist or license eligible.
• Minimum three years' experience with moderate to severe mental health challenges.
• Clinical assessment using DSM-5.
• HIPAA confidentiality and boundaries knowledge.
• Ability to use electronic medical records effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• EMDR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; follow up as clinically indicated.
• Support psychological and social development and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate client access to WellPower programs and external resources.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical staff on medications.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per WellPower standards.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Perform 27-10 (M-1) mental health hold evaluations.
• Opportunity to supervise interns and clinicians in training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
