Western Tidewater Community Service Board (WTCSB) is seeking a Licensed Clinician Supervisor for the SCIP program in Suffolk, VA. You will oversee clinical and administrative policies, supervise the SCIP team, and ensure service quality.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, conducting therapy with students, coordinating services with schools and families, handling scheduling, training, and reporting, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensed Clinician with LPC or LCSW credential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a human services setting preferred.

Responsibilities
