Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) to supervise resident clinicians in South Carolina. The role supports a caseload with telehealth and in-person sessions across SC locations, while maintaining licensure and ensuring supervision standards.

The supervisor will allocate time for weekly sessions, documentation, and professional development, with compensation tied to supervision and clinical hours, plus full benefits under a W2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LISW-CP and SC resident.
• Availability to clients on a consistent basis.
• Generalist practice across behavioral health including diverse client types.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.
• Provide individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours of residents.
