Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed clinician to provide clinical supervision and telehealth services to South Carolina clients. This LISW-CP role requires SC credentialing or willingness to credential, and offers a remote-friendly schedule with in-person sessions at select SC locations.

The supervisor will oversee resident clinicians, conduct weekly group and individual supervision, manage documentation, and support professional development while maintaining a modest clinical caseload of 10+

Qualifications

• Licensed LISW-CP with 4,500+ hours of clinical practice earned over at least 3 years beyond LISW-CP.
• Forty-five academic or CE hours in supervision required.
• Must be credentialed in SC or willing to credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to at least six resident clinicians weekly.
• Provide weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with 10+ hours of availability per week.
• Oversee documentation and coaching on clinical development.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance matters.
