Qualifications
- Master’s level degree or higher in related field is required.
- Licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license is required (different offices).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and provide case consultations.
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with patients and provide counseling.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Create individualized treatment plans.
- Meet with patients regularly to provide therapy and adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct ongoing progress assessments and involve family when appropriate.
