Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Ability to work as a team member with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress; involve and advise family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
