Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Active licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) for the applicable location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Assess progress and involve family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
