Headlight is a clinician-led behavioral health company transforming access to care in the Western U.S. This W2 clinician role emphasizes clinical autonomy, with administrative tasks handled by a dedicated team and case consultations available.

The compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 plus a monthly bonus based on billed hours; total yearly compensation can reach over $96k to $111k. Hybrid work options are available and licensure in California is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields is required.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license required depending on office location.
• Maintain licensure throughout employment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
