Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and 5 years counseling in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and maintain supervisory notes.
• Provide direct clinical services including evaluations and counseling.
• Ensure quality of care and compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Develop staff training and participate in program development and budgets.
