Job summary

Northeast Family Services is looking for a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team and help lead client care programs for children, adults, and families. You will work with the Program Director to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

We offer a strong benefits package, Summer Fun Fridays, and opportunities for professional growth. Must hold MA LICSW or LMHC license and have at least two years of relevant experience with youth and families.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC)
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute to office locations
