Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and support daily operations within our client care programs. You will ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines and work under the guidance of the Program Director.

The role focuses on supervision, program quality, and effective service delivery, with opportunities for professional growth and direct support for licensure.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle and ability to commute to office locations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
