Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership for client care programs and supervision for licensure. The role partners with the Program Director to guide daily operations and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a MA independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC), a relevant master's degree, and at least two years of experience with children, youth and families.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience with children, youth and families and direct treatment services.
• Previous supervision experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and commuting ability to multiple offices.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to high-speed secure internet required.
