Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This role partners with the Program Director to lead client care programs and ensure regulatory compliance, while supporting staff supervision and licensure processes.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,500 Stay on Bonus, with competitive salary. Applicants must have MA LICSW/LMHC and relevant clinical experience with children, youth, and families.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) required
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families
• Previous supervision/training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and ability to commute to office locations
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
• Access to high speed secure internet required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs
• Help ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines
• Work under the guidance of the Program Director
• Support licensure supervision for staff and ensure quality care
