Job summary

Hirebridge in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our expanding mental health team. You will lead daily operations of client care programs and help ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines under the Program Director's guidance.

Qualified candidates hold an active LICSW/LMHC MA license with an MSW, have at least two years of experience with children and families, and possess strong supervision and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute to office locations.
• Access to high speed secure internet required.

Compensation:

• Full Time - Salary$75,000 to $85,000
