Job summary

Hirebridge in Boston, MA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead client care programs in partnership with the Program Director. The role ensures compliance with state and federal guidelines and supports daily operations.

You will supervise, train, and help with quality management and licensure supervision, while ensuring access to reliable internet and a valid driver’s license for commuting to office locations.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) required
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families
• Previous supervision training experience required
• Proficiency with supervision, service delivery and case management

Qualifications:

• Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehiclewith ability to commute one of our office locations

Compensation:

• Full Time - Salary$75,000 to $85,000
