Job summary

Headlight is transforming mental healthcare by empowering clinicians on the front lines with autonomy and robust administrative support. We combine clinician-led expertise with Blueprint AI to streamline notes, enabling focus on meaningful patient interactions.

As a W-2 clinician in a hybrid option, you will diagnose and treat, develop individualized treatment plans, and actively participate in coordinating care across teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (license based on office location).
• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after you have become fully licensed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
• Electronic Health Record proficiency: NextGen desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
