Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join a mission-driven behavioral health team focused on transforming mental healthcare. The role emphasizes autonomy with clinical support from executive therapists and psychiatrists, while handling case consultations and collaborative care.

California licensure is required to apply, with strong emphasis on patient-centered outcomes. The position offers W-2 compensation with base salary plus monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Master’s level degree or higher in related fields.
• Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist (license by state). Not hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Record systems (NextGen desirable).
• Strong computer literacy across standard software.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
