Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field.
• Licensed to practice (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) in the relevant state.
• Active licensure required; internship/associate level not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and progress review.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
